Guidance:

community (and/or communities) use Thrive! system to act to
help achieve a surviving and thriving future for the person
and all other persons, a community and all other
communities, and our world.

positive actions that support near and long term surviving
and thriving for the person and all other persons, a
community and all other communities, and our world.

Thrive! System supports
positive actions to prevent harm to and/or decrease
vulnerability of the person and all other persons, a
community and all other communities, and our world.
Rules:

Thrive! System will enable
and motivate positive actions by the person and/or community
that support near and long term surviving and thriving for
the person and all other persons, a community and all other
communities, and our world.

and motivate positive actions that prevent harm to and/or
decrease vulnerability of the person and all other persons,
a community and all other communities, and our world.

enable or motivate negative actions that harm and/or
increase vulnerability of the person and/or all other
persons, a community and//or all other communities, and/or
our world.

enable or motivate negative actions that support only
selfish and/or short term surviving and thriving for the
